Sycamore bowl. Wooden fruit bowls by Terry Vaughan

Slightly spalted sycamore bowl

1 in stock

This sycamore bowl is 29 cm in diameter. It shows slight spalting. I made the walls thicker than usual, so this is a chunky and substantial piece. Sycamore is not usually a showy timber, and the figure in this bowl is quite subtle. It would make a very good fruit bowl.

The timber came from a tree cut down in a garden in Kennington.
