Description
The tree from which this bowl was made grew in my sister’s garden in Yorkshire. When it was cut down, I asked her to keep a bit for me. Over a period of years, fungus in the wood gave it some excellent spalting. Zones of darker and paler colour are separated by wandering black spalt lines.
