Description
This is one of several small boxes that I turned from a chunk of burr sycamore. The lid is made of yew. It fits loosely, so can be lifted easily with one hand. The wood has some small bark inclusions and the complex grain of burred timber. Square on the outside, it has a turned interior. It measures 8 cm to the top of the lid.
