Description
This is a shallow bowl that I turned from the wood of a garden oak. It was cut down when it grew too large for its position. A pity, but good luck for me! Oak is, I think, one of my favourite timbers for turning. The bowl has some attractive burr figure with a lot of small natural fissures.
